Secondly, We’re excited to announce that the guys in the band have agreed to answer your questions. This has been a requested feature and we’re happy that the guys have agreed to participate. Ask the Guys officially launches today so send in your questions for Ted, Johnny, or Shaun along with your Ask Tegan questions or on their own to

Finally, I’ve been taking a small hiatus from the weekly Friends of Tegan and Sara and Newlinks posts for the month of June. Look for regular updates to begin again in July.

As [dot]org looks forward into 2010, we’d like to know your opinions about site content.

In 2009, we made changes to bring the design up to a more modern feel and this year we’d like to focus on collecting and creating the content that you’re most interested in. Please let us know your suggestions in the comments. If someone else makes a comment that you agree with, feel free to second it so we know what’s important to different users.

Here are some things we thought of:

  • Add a forum/message board
  • More video/audio
  • Option for fan submissions & content creation: concert reviews, live pictures & audio, video
  • More contests

Do these matter to you or can you come up with other suggestions of stuff you’d like to see or see more of?

You can also let us know if there’s something we’re doing that you like; Ask Tegan comes to mind. (Please note that adding “Ask Sara” is not an option for 2010 – sorry.)

Instead of listing oldest to newest, the articles are now listed newest to oldest…more user-friendly that way.
